If you want to make a purchase, you must also provide the information required for the first purchase, such as your name, billing and shipping information, email address, and password for later access. Order processing and fulfillment
Orders are processed on business days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is also possible to place an order outside of the times marked as order processing, but if it is made after the working hours, it will only be processed on the following working day. The deadline for the fulfillment of the accepted order, 1-30 working days from the confirmation for the products in stock, including orders abroad. Method of payment for the ordered product
Payment by bank transfer in advance: if we have already confirmed your order, you will find our bank account number and the order number in the confirmation email, which must be referenced in the Comment / Announcement section of the transfer. Delivery in person: In this case, you will pay the purchase price of the product in cash at a pre-arranged time at one of the locations indicated by the Service Provider.
The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the
order summary and confirmation letter. In all cases, the Customer will receive
the invoice in PDF format to the specified email address. Please inspect the
package before delivery before delivery, and in case of any damage or defect in

Home delivery information and fees
Orders received by our web store are delivered exclusively by couriers of the courier service of Magyar Posta Zrt. Packages will be delivered on working days from 8 am to 5 pm. Mail delivery information
You must immediately indicate the loss, partial loss, damage or destruction of the postal item on delivery, on the delivery note. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. In the absence of a document of delivery, you must immediately notify the post office of the damage within a period of time lost to the post office, ie within 3 days of the date of delivery.

Right of withdrawal
45/2014 on contracts concluded in absentia. Pursuant to the regulations of the Government Decree, the provisions of this section are applicable only in the case of a Customer who qualifies as a consumer. Within 14 working days from the receipt of the ordered product, the consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and return the ordered, unopened product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to inform the Service Provider in a clear written statement (by registered mail with return receipt or by e-mail). The Service Provider is obliged to confirm the withdrawal statement to the consumer immediately upon receipt. In the event of the consumer's withdrawal, he is obliged to return the ordered product to the Service Provider within 14 days of the notification of his withdrawal. The cost of return is borne by the consumer.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Service Provider is obliged to reimburse the consumer for the payments made by him, including the delivery fee, within 14 days of receiving the relevant statement. An exception to this is if the consumer has chosen a mode of transport which involves additional costs and which is different from normal transport. The service provider does not have to fulfill his obligation to reimburse until he has received back the product supplied or until the consumer has received a credible certificate of return of the product. In the event of a discrepancy between the two dates, the Service Provider must take the earlier date into account.
The Service Provider may demand compensation from the consumer for material damage resulting from improper use. Therefore, pay special attention to the intended use of the product, as the consumer will be liable for damages resulting from improper use.
Upon receipt of the package by our company, the unpacking of the package and the examination of the returned product will be recorded with a video camera. This is necessary to avoid possible misunderstandings at a later stage. (For example, that the returned product was damaged or incomplete!)
The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal:
in the case of a product, the price of which depends on money market movements and fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the company.
in the case of a non-prefabricated product which has been specifically manufactured at the request of the consumer, according to his specific needs,
in the case of a product for which the Service Provider meets the express request of the Service Provider for urgent repair or maintenance work.

The Service Provider is obliged to keep a record of the complaint in the place indicated in the Service Provider's data and to keep the complaint for five years from the date of recording, together with the answer given. The Service Provider will investigate the complaint received within 30 days of its receipt and must provide a substantive response. If the Service Provider gives a negative answer to the complaint, it must justify it in writing. Disputes arising from the contract concluded with the Service Provider may be settled primarily amicably, by agreement between the parties, or before the competent consumer protection authority according to the place of residence of the consumer. If these do not lead to a result, the parties will have to go to court.
The Service Provider treats the personal data provided to it during the use of the web store confidentially and does not disclose it to third parties, except in the case of its subcontractor. (Eg: courier service), this is required to deliver the order.
