POSTAL AND COURIER DELIVERY
I (as Balla Kriszta or "we") ship my paintings worldwide and artwork is securely packaged and insured against loss or damage during delivery. Delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the artwork you have purchased.
Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched.
During busy sale periods there may be delays in dispatching.
We prefer GLS Delivery Service. For any other contries, where they do not ship, we choose the next best option.
Please note that the shipping fee is different in every country and it is purchased by the buyer.
To Hungary and Austria, we provide free delivery with GLS Delivery Service.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping!
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be advised that customs fees may occasionally be charged upon arrival in the destination country. This is unfortunately out of my control and payment of such fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
THE POST OFFICE IS TAKING A LONG TIME, WHERE IS MY ORDER?
The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by the tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.
We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrect or customs and import duties were not paid.
This will vary depending on your location.
EU deliveries: 3 to 10 working days
Rest of world: up to 2-3 weeks
Any hold ups at Customs in the receiving country is unfortunately out of my control and any associated customs fees will be at the expense of the customer.
DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
